History
Roland was found on the doorsteps of St. Martin's Children's Home. Even then he did not cry. As a young child he showed amazing mental, physical, and intuitive abilities.
At the age of six he was adopted by two members of the Cassiday Planetary University, Nicholas Trent, Tom Ephraim and Mary Harper. They raised him with another orphaned prodigy, Franklin Fleet Jr. The three of them guided and encouraged the two children in their studies. By the time they were twelve, they were both taking advanced college courses.
